Recording Configuration Troubleshooting Guide

Browser Error

A browser is launched, but indicates that the "Proxy configuration failed" or a similar error page.


The first step in troubleshooting a Browser Configuration error is to close all open Web Browser windows, and then try recording again.

If you recording is still unsuccessful, does your computer have a software VPN enabled?

(A software VPN is configured exclusively through the operating system and does not require external hardware, such as a VPN Cable Modem)
